1. 7-Day Return Window & Eligibility
You must initiate the return request within 7 calendar days of successful product delivery. We cannot accept requests submitted after this 7-day period.
A return or exchange is only permitted if the product is:
- Damaged: Received with visible transit damage.
- Defective: Has a verifiable manufacturing flaw or is non-functional.
- Incorrect: Differs from the item ordered (wrong model, size, or variant).

2. 🎥 The Mandatory Unboxing Video Rule
A full, continuous, and clear Unboxing Video is required to process any return, refund, or exchange claim.
The video must clearly capture:
- The condition of the sealed outer shipping box.
- The uninterrupted process of opening the box and removing the product.
- A clear, close-up shot of the claimed damage, defect, or discrepancy.
🚨 STRICT RULE: NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A COMPLETE AND CLEAR UNBOXING VIDEO. This is non-negotiable for validating claims.
3. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
Due to hygiene, safety, and supply chain integrity, the following items are generally excluded, except in cases of confirmed damage/defect supported by the Unboxing Video:
- Opened Consumables: Food, gourmet items, or any product with a broken seal.
- Hygiene Goods: Opened or used cosmetics, personal care items, or jewelry (earrings/body jewelry).
- Used/Tampered Goods: Any item showing signs of usage or tampering.
4. Exchange and Refund Procedures
- Exchange: If eligible, we will arrange pickup of the original item after video verification. A replacement will be dispatched promptly, subject to stock availability. (High-value items over ₹1.5 lacs may require extended quality checks.)
- Refunds: Processed only when a replacement is unavailable.
- The refund amount excludes original shipping/handling fees (unless the return is our error).
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
- Note on Ultra-High-Value: Refunds for transactions ₹5 crores or more may take up to 15 business days for bank verification.
